"Migration" Ltd. is a consultancy company operating in all areas related to the migration of people and businesses in the Republic of Bulgaria. Migration involves the movement of people and businesses from one place to another with the intention of settling temporarily or permanently in the new location. This movement is international (between different countries).
We assist foreign nationals in meeting all legal requirements for obtaining personal Bulgarian documents. Our services include consultations and comprehensive preparation of applications for obtaining visas, residence permits in Bulgaria and Europe, Bulgarian citizenship, address registration, address card filing, issuance of a Bulgarian personal identification number (EGN), issuance of a foreigner’s identification number (LNCH), opening of bank accounts, work permits in Bulgaria, tax and social security numbers in Bulgaria. We also provide consultations and representation for the issuance and withdrawal of documents under the Bulgarian Personal Documents Act, as well as appeals against administrative refusals.
We specialize in the establishment of new businesses in Bulgaria and Europe, offering consultations and representation for the registration of companies, their relocation, mergers and acquisitions, and company restructuring. This includes changes in management, ownership, address, or business activity. We assist with opening corporate bank accounts, obtaining tax identification numbers, VAT registration, BULSTAT registration, and trade representation registration, as well as consultations on Bulgarian legal requirements for successful business operations.
